In AIRS Tactical Sourcing, you will learn the latest search techniques to quickly identify those candidates with military or government experience or who have a security clearance. AIRS, the industry leader will guide you step-by-step through choosing the proper keywords to use, organizations and companies to source from and the cutting edge technology to use to source these highly specialized and elusive candidates. The course will also lead you through using social media sites to identify these candidates.
- Walk away with tools and strategies to uncover the talent you need. AIRS will not only show the techniques but when to implement them and a guideline for processing through the steps of search.
- Veterans of the armed forces abound online. Now more than ever it is possible to locate them through traditional organization portals as well as leverage social media to enhance your search opportunity.
- We will do a deep dive into security clearance search. There are a variety of ways candidates can include their security clearance within their biographical information, and we'll discuss those thoroughly.
- We will consider the AIRS motto of "Find One, Find them All" and use our Boolean to uncover similar professionals housed within lists and portals online.
- This course is focused on building an extensive list of keywords, identifying the talent you need and locating them, so you can take the next steps and make contact.
- We will focus on locating veterans from all branches of the military including the Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Air Force and National Guard (i.e. Reserves), as well as locating talent out of the service for a few years and those currently in transition. Our look at resources will include a number of associations providing support to military returning from active duty.
- Finding Cleared Candidates is challenging, but what we have found at AIRS is that it is critically important to be flexible in creating searches and to target your competitors as well. During our session we'll explore your options and delve into the specifics of search to extract the talent you need.
