Stephanie Weiss |
 |
Stephanie Weiss started her recruitment career at Lockheed Martin as the Intern Program Manager who recruited entry level candidates of all specialties and across the spectrum from non-technical to technical. She eventually moved over to experienced professional recruitment where she took great pleasure in finding highly cleared engineers of all disciplines for multiple sites. She discovered true satisfaction through creating the social media strategy for the leadership association within Lockheed Martin, and training her fellow recruiters on the newest technologies and search methodologies. Stephanie holds a BS in Psychology and a MS in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University.
She is looking forward to working with you on your next search, and connecting with you in class.

Lisa Brusack |
 |
Lisa Brusack comes to AIRS with a strong background in Human Resources, Training and Development, Recruitment and Operations. She has been in Human Resources Management on a national level for over 15 years. Her recruiting career began with Carlson Wagonlit Travel where she implemented and standardized the recruiting process in their corporate call centers across the United States.
Since joining AIRS, Lisa has delivered over 40 different courses across the nation in addition to conducting e-learning sessions. She has been a featured presenter at several regional and national recruiting and staffing organization events. With an energy and passion for people and learning, Lisa facilitates AIRS training with both public and private organizations to maximize recruitment processes and organizational effectiveness.
Lisa is the Corporate Outplacement Program expert where she develops and delivers training for managers administering transitions and is a career counselor for employees who are transitioning.
Lisa currently resides in St. Charles, Missouri and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University.

Ryan Phillips |
 |
Ryan Phillips is the Sourcing Researcher and Technical Writer at AIRS. Joining AIRS in 2010, she transitioned to the role from the Internal Recruiting Team at The RightThing. Ryan began her recruiting career working for a Technical Recruitment Staffing firm in the Silicon Valley where she recruited for a wide variety of cutting edge skill sets for IT, Engineering, Marketing and Accounting. She later moved into the RPO Space where she did mainly niche Engineering Recruitment for Microsoft.
Ryan's passion is sourcing and finding more places to uncover those candidates that would normally remain unfound through mainstream search tactics. As a core part of the AIRS Team, Ryan works on curriculum development for all AIRS courses including the industry-leading AIRS Certification classes. Ryan also continues to consult with our RPO Clients on their Social Media Branding Strategies as well as support our Internal RightThing Sourcing Team to develop client specific sourcing strategies.
Ryan holds a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics and Spanish from San Diego State University. In addition, Ryan is multilingual in English, Spanish, and Japanese.

Tricia Gonzales |

Tricia Gonzales comes to AIRS after spending five years with one of the fastest growing non-profits in the United States. Tricia started with the nonprofit, THINK Together as a Recruiting Manager and was quickly promoted to Recruiting Operations. Most recently Tricia served as the Director of Staffing where she was responsible for strategic planning, training and mentoring hiring managers and recruiters, social media strategy, and executive level searching.
Prior to her time in the non-profit sector Tricia worked in the staffing agency environment for over five years. She started in the mid 1990's with a small staffing firm and after one year she was recruited to work for Manpower Int'l, Inc. where she hired and placed candidates with large scale clients. After taking some time off to raise her family Tricia came back into the industry and was excited to utilize and develop recruiting methods that combined her educational background and recruiting experience with technology.
Tricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a minor in Anthropology from Cal State Fullerton. She firmly believes in an anthropological approach to recruiting and in AIRS search techniques. Tricia took the AIRS Recruiting Academy during her time with THINK Together and immediately realized that she wanted to share this knowledge with other recruiters and be part of the AIRS team.

Shannon Van Curen |

Shannon Van Curen comes to AIRS with a strong background in technical recruiting and advanced sourcing. Shannon brings a wealth of experience in sourcing, social recruiting, information retrieval, technical and passive candidate recruiting.
Shannon got her start in recruiting at Vanderbilt University as the first assistant swim coach for the reinstated women's swim team. After successfully recruiting many talented scholarship athletes, Shannon pursued recruiting with a local staffing firm and later with T-Mobile USA, Community Health Systems, and finally as Director of Recruiting/Training for Moxy.
Shannon is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she was a member of the varsity swim team and was a three-time Big Ten Champion and four-time NCAA All-American.

Kevin Crews |

Kevin Crews joins AIRS as a highly respected recruiter and trainer with over 20 years in the training and recruiting profession. Kevin brings a hands-on perspective of how to find purple squirrels in today's talent acquisition environment. Kevin attended Purdue University where he earned two undergraduate degrees, one in Education and one in Management. He also holds an MBA from Kent State University.
Beginning his career in computer programming, Kevin soon found himself working to build a training department and developing and teaching technical courses to an IT staff. Transitioning from training to recruiting for the IT team, Kevin found his passion for recruiting talent. As a recruiter, Kevin has hired and trained for Fortune 500 companies including Aon Hewitt, Discover, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Sears, OfficeMax, ALLTEL as well as the University of Chicago (NORC).
Kevin currently resides in Plainfield, IL (suburb of Chicago).
