Dr. John Sullivan and AIRS announce Benchmark Study on Employee Referral Program Design and Impact on Organizational Performance
SAN FRANCISCO and WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, Jan. 31, 2006 -- Dr. John Sullivan, a world renowned author, corporate advisor and professor of management at San Francisco State University, and AIRS, a leading human capital research and solutions company, today announced that they are jointly conducting a benchmark study to examine the design, effectiveness and business impact of employee referral programs. Study results will uncover best practices, implementation strategies, key success factors, and the financial impact ERPs have within a wide variety of organizational environments.

However, preliminary studies indicate that most referral programs as implemented today achieve only a small fraction of the results of which they are capable.
