Susan Oxford has over 17 years of experience in the human resources and recruitment industry. Susan joined the AIRS team in 1998 and became part of The RightThing in 2008 as part of the industry-recognized AIRS acquisition. She currently leads the AIRS SourcePoint Technology team. Susan works on both the development and the customer service side of AIRS Products with a focus on recruitment technology. She has expertise in recruitment technology specializing in new product development, marketing and partnerships.
Susan joined AIRS in the summer of 1998 as one of the first recruiting trainers and course developers. Since joining AIRS, she has delivered over 400 seminars across North America, both in public and corporate training environments. Susan has designed in excess of 100 separate e-learning and on site seminars with a specialty in customization. In addition to her training and development experience, she also delivered online career coaching through our Corporate Outplacement Program - Transitions. She has helped displaced workers in using the internet to find success in their job search.
As of January 2010, Susan was promoted to the Vice President of AIRS Products responsible for the Client Services of the AIRS products including AIRS Training, SourcePoint and Transitions. As head of the SourcePoint CRM Technology team, she works with clients to help automate their recruitment process using the AIRS SourcePoint Tool. She supports a team of Technical Account Managers, Technical Relationship Manager and Technical Helpdesk Representatives.
Susan has a background in human Resources in the Insurance and Hospitality industries, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College.
